Ayutech Health Solutions, a subsidiary of Acvilas Business Solutions, is a pioneering health-tech company in Sri Lanka. We are dedicated to transforming the healthcare industry through digital innovation, patient-focused solutions, and smart medical technologies.

Our Journey

Our story began in 2019, when Acvilas identified a major challenge in Sri Lanka’s health sector. While global healthcare systems embraced digitalization, Sri Lanka still relied heavily on outdated, paper-based methods. We recognized this as a barrier to efficiency, patient care, and accessibility—sparking the vision for a modern digital health ecosystem.

In 2021, Acvilas partnered with a team of university innovators to begin shaping solutions for electronic health records, remote care, and hospital workflow management. This collaboration laid the foundation for Ayutech.

Global Recognition

By 2022, our efforts were recognized by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and the project was incubated under the HackaDev Enterprise Incubator for Social Innovation. This milestone validated our impact and accelerated our journey toward becoming a leading healthcare technology provider.

Innovations and Products

Later in 2022, we officially launched Ayutech Health Solutions with a mission to deliver scalable, affordable, and user-friendly health technology. Our first flagship product, Maternity Me, provided expectant mothers with pregnancy tracking, health advice, and digital support—bridging healthcare gaps, especially in rural areas.

In 2023, Ayutech was fully acquired by Acvilas Business Solutions, creating a stronger foundation for growth and innovation. This led to the launch of our groundbreaking Smart Medical Software in 2024, designed to modernize hospital operations, telemedicine, patient records, and healthcare analytics.
